The Fees are non-refundable. It is essential that the card details must coincide with the applicant (and/or direct family member) and that the card must be shown when submitting the application at BLS. By proceeding, you confirm that you have checked your application for any mistakes and understand and accept the refund policy.

La tarifa de servicio de BLS no es reembolsable. Es imprescindible que los datos de la tarjeta coincidan con los del solicitante (y/o familiar directo) y que se muestre la tarjeta al presentar la solicitud en BLS. 2. POP – UP for Cancel booking
Confirmation of Cancellation:
Fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment based on availability. If you choose to rebook after cancellation/no show, a 2-business-day waiting period applies, and you will need to pay the fees again. By proceeding, you acknowledge you understand and accept the refund policy.

Las tarifas no son reembolsables. Puede reprogramar su cita según disponibilidad. Si elige volver a reservar después de una cancelación/no presentación, se aplicará un período de espera de 2 días hábiles y deberá pagar las tarifas nuevamente. 3. Pop-Up for Reschedule:

You may reschedule your appointment only once based on appointment availability within 72 hours of your appointment date. By proceeding, you acknowledge you understand and accept the refund policy.
