BLS International Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies only to Service Fees and Value-Added Services Fees collected by Consular Outsourcing BLS Services Inc, also referred to as BLS International or BLS in this document. This Policy does not apply to Visa Fees or Legalization Fees charged by the government issuing the visa. These fees are at the discretion of the respective government. It is important that Applicants read this Refund Policy carefully. By using BLS services, Applicants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy.

Definitions:

Applicant - Any person applying for a visa or requesting/purchasing the Services or Value-Added Services.

Application - An application form submitted to BLS International by the Applicant or their authorized representative.

Government/Mission - The relevant government issuing a visa.

Issuer - The bank or entity that issued the Applicant’s credit or debit card.

Refund Eligibility Criteria - The conditions outlined in this Policy.

Refund Request Form - The official BLS form with required details and supporting documents for a refund request.

Chargeback - A claim made by the cardholder disputing a transaction through their bank.

Service Fees - Fees payable by the Applicant for the purchased services.

Services - Visa processing services provided by BLS International.

Us/Our - Refers to BLS International.

You/Your - The Applicant or anyone acting on their behalf.

Transaction Charges/Convenience Fee - Non-refundable bank or financial charges for processing a refund.

Value-Added Services - Optional additional or premium services offered by BLS.

Value-Added Services Fee - Fees payable for Value-Added Services.

Website - BLS International’s official website.

Website Terms and Conditions - Terms posted on the BLS website governing use.

--- General Refund Conditions:

- Applicants are responsible for reviewing the Refund Policy on the BLS website. This policy is subject to change, and updated terms will be posted on the website. - Service Fees and Value-Added Services Fees may be refundable based on this policy and the Refund Eligibility Criteria. - Local laws in the Applicant's service country govern this policy. - Refunds will only be considered if the Applicant meets all eligibility criteria. - Card details must match the Applicant or direct family member, and the card must be presented at submission. - To request a refund, Applicants must complete the Refund Request Form with all supporting documents. Click here to download the Refund Request Form. - Processing times vary based on payment mode and reason for the refund request. - Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund; BLS International may approve or reject requests at its discretion. - Transaction charges, exchange losses, and administrative fees are borne by the Applicant and deducted from the refund.

--- Refund Eligibility Criteria:

- No refunds for canceled appointments or no-shows; a new appointment can be booked after 2 business days with new fees. - Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of appointment cancellation, with proof of payment. - Refunds may be allowed if the Applicant was charged multiple times or overpaid and can provide proof. - Refunds are NOT allowed if: - The Applicant partially used the service by registering. - The Applicant missed or was late for their appointment. - The application was incomplete or submitted under the wrong category. - The Applicant changed their mind after processing started. - Incorrect Visa Application Center location was selected. - Visa approval or rejection is the sole discretion of the Government/Mission; no refunds will be provided in the following cases: - Visa rejection or request for reapplication. - Delay in processing by the Mission. - Non-receipt of visa before travel date. - Loss due to deportation, repatriation, or delayed passport/visa delivery. - Fewer entries or shorter duration than requested. - Policy changes, consular fee changes, or no longer needing a visa. - Expenses for travel, accommodation, food, or opportunity costs incurred while applying.
--- Chargebacks:

If you cancel after completing the application online but before submission, BLS service charges are non-refundable. Contact BLS before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues.

--- Refund Processing Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of notifying the Applicant.

--- Receiving Your Refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If not possible, BLS will notify the Applicant and arrange an alternate mode of payment.
